Delivery Options

Standard Delivery

  • Details: Our standard delivery service is available for all UK addresses. Orders placed before 3 PM will be dispatched the same day.

Express Delivery

  • Cost: £6.99
  • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days via Royal Mail
  • Details: For those who need their items quickly, we offer an express delivery option. Orders placed before 3 PM will be delivered the next business day.

Click & Collect

  • Cost: Free
  • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
  • Details: Collect your order from our store. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

Saturday Delivery

  • Cost: £9.99
  • Delivery Time: Saturday delivery (orders must be placed by 3 PM on Friday) via Royal Mail
  • Details: Ensure you receive your items on the weekend with our Saturday delivery option.

International Delivery

We also offer international delivery to selected countries. Please see below for details:

Europe

  • Cost: £18.99
  • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
  • Details: We deliver to most European countries. Please allow extra time for remote locations.

Rest of the World

  • Cost: £25.99
  • Delivery Time: 7-10 business days
  • Details: We deliver to many international destinations. Delivery times may vary based on location and customs processing.

Important Information

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
  • Delivery Address: Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to change the address once the order has been dispatched.
  • Missed Deliveries: If you are not home to receive your delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot.
  • Customs & Import Fees: For international deliveries, please be aware that customs and import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Currently, we do not offer same-day delivery. For urgent orders, please choose our express or Saturday delivery options.

5. What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel?
