At CV1LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a simple and hassle-free returns process.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us

    • Email us at with your order number and the reason for your return.
    • Alternatively, you can call our customer service team on 03330048050 between 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
  2. Fill Out the Returns Form

    • Please complete the returns form included in your package.
  3. Prepare Your Package

    • Place the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging, along with the completed returns form.
    • Ensure all original tags are attached, and the item(s) are unworn and unwashed.
  4. Ship Your Return

    • Send your package to the following address: Returns Department, Unit 24, West Orchards Shopping Centre, Coventry, CV1 1QT
    • We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return reaches us safely. Keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Returns Policy

  • Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear and swimwear unless they are faulty.
  • Sale Items: Sale items can be returned within the same 14-day period but are eligible for store credit only.


  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.


  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please indicate this on the returns form.
  • We will process the exchange as soon as we receive your return, subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at with your order number and details of the issue.
  • We will provide instructions on how to return the item and ensure you receive a replacement or a full refund, including return postage costs.

International Returns

  • For returns from outside the UK, please follow the same process as outlined above.
  • Note that international return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
